Justin Nelson is the Head of Commercial & Events at Sky New Zealand. He has over 30 years' experience in sports broadcasting, commercial, marketing and management across a wide variety of sports in both NZ and Australia. 

Justin’s experience over the years makes him the perfect guest speaker for an event like this. His background will provide valuable insights into taking a spectator, who is just there to watch then leaves, and turning them into a long-term fan who is  engaging and involved with the organisation. 

This change from spectator to fan increases the tribalism your club can see, which will create a higher level of revenue security.
